"Eye See You Baby" Halloween Cocktail

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml Midori melon liqueur
  • 25 ml Cockspur Rum
  • 25 ml sour mix (egg whites + lemon) – optional for vegans!
  • 1 dash Sprite® soda
  • 2 lychees
  • 2 blueberries
  • 1 dash Grenadine

Method
 

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour a little grenadine into the hole that you’ll find in the centre of the lychees, then stick the blueberries into the hole.
  3. Add the midori, sour mix to the glass and give a quick stir.
  4. Top with a dash of Sprite.
  5. Place your lychee eye balls on top!
