Air fry your potato pops at 180C for 15 mins (or oven cook per packet instructions).
Mix the salt, pepper and Chinese five spice in a bowl.
Add the oil to a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat and fry the onions for 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute or two.
Add in the pepper and chilli flakes, mix everything well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked potato pops and the bowl of seasoning, stir really well and cook for 2 minutes, making sure everything is well-coated.
Add the spring onions, mix well and serve!
