Join the Backwell House team for a pop-up harvest supper this Friday, October 21st: a celebration of the fruits of the harvest with a truly autumnal menu.
Taking place from 7pm to 10pm, the evening begins with canapés and an amuse bouche to start, and will be followed by three courses featuring warming, nourishing, seasonal food, accompanied by live music from Sax In The City.

Pan fried Ling, Mussel and saffron sauce with kale and samphire.

Local Guinea Fowl, confit leg and potato bon bons, butternut squash and red cabbage.

Poached pear, salted caramel and chocolate mousse.
