The Pony & Trap’s 2018 guest chef evenings will kick off on Tuesday, April 17th when Jesse Dunford Wood will join Josh Eggleton in the kitchen.
Chef proprietor of Kensal Green gastropub Parlour Jesse will be joining Michelin-starred Josh Eggleton and his team to create a one-of-a-kind menu, available for one night only. Jesse is famed for his playful take on dishes, featuring quirky and nostalgic favourites such as Cow Pie, Arctic Roll and ‘posh fish fingers’. Jesse studied at Gidleigh Park under the expertise of Michael Caines. Jesse and Josh will each create various courses for the evening’s tasting menu, which you can see here.
