This year, the Bristol Craft Beer Festival returns from September 14th to 16th – and a whole host of amazing local food traders have now been announced.
The line-up has now been confirmed, with Asado, For Mice and Men, The Little Taquero, Eatchu and Salt & Malt all serving up delicious dishes in the Lloyds Amphitheatre, which is the new home for the Bristol Craft Beer Festival for this year.
Asado will not only be serving up their stacked burgers, cooked over a traditional wood-fired Argentinean Asado, but also a range of veggie options, seasonal specials and sides of chips, wings, salads and slaws.
Grilled cheese specialists For Mice and Men combine American-style grilled cheese sandwiches with carefully sourced local produce, allowing diners to build their own cheesy masterpieces from a selection of cheeses, meats, veggies and homemade sauces.
The Little Taquero first started selling their authentic Mexican street food in 2015, with their converted van selling tacos and more to hungry diners.
Eatchu began life at the Harbourside Market in April 2016, with just two flavours of gyoza. Now, though, they trade from a permanent stall at St Nick’s Market, with the menu now featuring extra gyoza, as well as edamame, kombudashi miso and shoyu egg.
Josh Eggleton’s fish and chip shop, Salt & Malt, has premises in both Wapping Wharf and the Chew Valley, and is known for both its gluten-free fish and chips and its moreish chip shop curry sauce.
Alongside this cracking street food line-up, the festival will feature a main stage with a whole host of DJs – and, of course, all sorts of beers – some of which will be paired with the dishes on offer.
Unlike other craft beer festivals, tickets from Bristol Craft Beer Festival are ‘all inclusive’, meaning there are no tokens or limits to how many beers can be sampled per session. The line-up of beers will also be joined by all kinds of artisanal drinks, including ciders, whiskey, wine and gin too for the non-beer lovers.
