Having created a menu of new dishes using sustainable, seasonal ingredients, Loch Fyne have handpicked a selection of dishes from the a la carte menu to offer at discounted prices on the preview evening. For just ยฃ21.95 per head, you’ll be able to sample three courses from the new menu, including dishes such as a starter of mussel and clam chowder with pancetta, potato, parsley and cream, and a main of fillet of Scottish hake pan-fried with samphire, sauteed new potatoes and parsley sauce – and the price also includes coffee. The full menu officially launches on October 18th.
