Bristol’s Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Inglesias of Casamia restaurant in Westbury-on-Trym are joining four of the country’s other leading Michelin star chefs showcasing their innovative and technical skills at The Cube by Electrolux in London this summer.

Celebrating Electrolux Professional expertise, this keenly awaited pop-up restaurant is located on top of the Royal Festival Hall in London, having previously visited Brussels and Milan. The Cube by Electrolux is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner until the 30th September. The semi-transparent structure and its large outdoor terrace offers a stunning vantage point with panoramic views over the Thames, Westminster and the City with truly unforgettable food to match.

Jonray and Peter will recreate a taste of Bristol in The Cube for two weeks from 6th to 19th August, presenting their own unique dining experience inspired by their Seasons menu that changes quarterly in Casamia restaurant. The menu will celebrate local British and West Country ingredients, embracing those that are truly seasonal whilst they are in their prime. A minimum of five courses will be served accompanied by specially matched wines; together with smell, sound and light concepts combining to create a truly unforgettable experience.

Double Michelin-starred chefs, Claude Bosi of Hibiscus in London, Daniel Clifford of Midsummer House in Cambridge and Sat Bains from Nottingham; and Scotland’s leading Michelin-starred chef, Tom Kitchin, will join Jonray and Peter hosting The Cube by Electrolux through the summer.

Jonray commented, “It’s such an honour and an amazing experience to be working alongside some of the UK’s top chefs in this incredibly innovative project. The Cube gives us the chance to showcase what we can do to a wider audience and we’re really enjoying working with Electrolux’s cutting edge ovens and kitchen appliances.”

The Cube seats just 18 guests around one table, allowing them to watch their meal being prepared in an open plan kitchen, whilst gaining hints and tips – much like the new apt. development kitchen at Casamia.

Graham Berner, head of marketing at Electrolux UK said: “Electrolux has 90 years of professional expertise and is used by almost 50% of Europe’s Michelin star chefs. We are thrilled to be bringing Jonray and Peter to London as part of our fantastic line-up of partner chefs for guests to enjoy and learn from.”

Tickets to The Cube by Electrolux are priced at £175 per person for lunch and £215 for dinner Monday to Sunday. To book a table and find out more visit www.electrolux.co.uk/Cube/London.
