Following last year’s sold-out festival in Hastings, Ben & Jerry’s is Bristol-bound this summer for an exciting ice cream and music adventure: Sundaes In The City.
Tickets for the August 5th event are available now via Skiddle – but once they’re gone, they’re gone! Priced from £10 each, ticket sale proceeds will be donated to local charities supporting refugees and those seeking asylum.
On the music side you’ll find Sister Sledge ft. Kathy Sledge headlining, supported on the main stage by Pip Millett, Children of Zeus, Da Fuchaman, Felix Joy, O’Flynn and The Mouse Outfit. There will also be a Local & Live stage, with artists still to be announced.
Of course, being a Ben & Jerry’s festival you can also expect plenty of free ice cream throughout the day, including the new Dulce De-lish and Choco-lotta Cheesecake Sundae flavours with their brand new chocolate whipped topping.
In addition, the Ben & Jerry’s Sundaes In The City festival will include a brand-new comedy tent, fairground rides, a Social Mission space, local food traders and stalls and more.
Ben & Jerry’s Resident Office DJ, DJ Chunky Beats, says: “It’s that time of year again for me to hand over my DJ duties. After a sold-out beach-side festival last summer, we’re excited to bring our Sundaes festival to the happiest city in the UK – Bristol! This year you’ll catch me proving that I’m the Greatest Dancer as I bust some shapes with a scoop of chocolate-topped whipped Sundae in hand.”
The Ben & Jerry’s Sundaes In The City festival takes place at the Bristol Amphitheatre on Saturday, August 5th, from 12pm to 10:30pm. Tickets can be purchased here.
