Great news for Hermanos on the Triangle, whose new head chef is bringing a revamped menu to the kitchen’s re-opening on Tuesday, March 5th.
The kitchen was closed during January and February, but re-opens this month with Scott Hislop, formerly of The Old Bookshop, at the helm.
Say Hermanos, “We have teamed up with Scott to bring the same Hermanos style menu of small plates, soups & sarnies (Haggis & Pulled Pork to start) and a new ‘Breakfast Brunch Benedicts’ option! The menu will be almost completely gluten free and we believe we are the only venue in and around Clifton to offer this. The menu will change weekly/monthly/with the seasons, ingredients and inspiration, nothing laminated here!!”
We’re loving the sound of the flaked ham hock and mustard hollandaise Benedict (£5), and will definitely be in to try the salt and pepper calamari and the shredded pork belly (both £4) from the “small plates” menu. Have a look at the menu here and see what you think – we’re salivating already! Good luck to Scott and Hermanos for the re-launch!
